The mountains surrounding our valley city are green, people come out in droves for the First Friday Gallery Walk and for the Saturday Markets... in fact, arts and cultural events spring to life everywhere. First Friday Gallery Walk

Downtown Missoula from 5pm to 8pm. See local art in several galleries, meet the artist, and get a chance to purchase something new for your collection.

 

Missoula Art Museum: Join artists from the Western Caste Iron exhibition on a gallery talk and walk-through at 7 PM. Joan Zen's voice full of character, conviction, playfulness and soul will enliven party goers throughout the night and the Blacksmith Brewing Company will be serving a special Caste Iron microbrew for the occasion in MAM's brew garden on the lawn. Saturday Family Art Workshop is a hands-on, fun art workshop occurring from 11am -12:30 pm. For all ages. Children under age 7 must be accompanied by an adult. Please pre-register to be ensured a space at these popular workshops. $5/per participant.
